All ReViVaL… by Rue pieces are one-of-one, handmade, upcycled, or reconstructed items. Because of the unique nature of each piece, all sales are final.
At this time, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged due to shipping or there is an issue caused before delivery.
Please review all photos, measurements, descriptions, and product details carefully before purchasing. Many pieces include raw edges, visible stitching, reconstructed materials, distressing, or intentional imperfections as part of the design. These details are not considered damage, but part of the character and construction of the piece.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the packaging and item. Each case will be reviewed individually.
ReViVaL… by Rue is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, wear, washing, or alterations made after delivery.
Shipping Information
All ReViVaL… by Rue pieces are carefully packed and shipped with attention to the handmade, one-of-one nature of each item.
Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing time allows each piece to be properly inspected, prepared, and packaged before it leaves the studio.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information through the email provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.
ReViVaL… by Rue is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Due to the one-of-one and handmade nature of each piece, we take extra care when packaging your order. If your item arrives damaged, please refer to the Returns & Exchanges policy and contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
