Because we are such a small business and create one-of-a-kind garments we do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.

We would not want to see these garments thrown out and we know that life happens, if your Revival...by Rue garment ever needs to be repaired you can send it back and we will mend it for only the shipping fee.

​REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We do not typically accept returns. However if there is significant damage upon arrival we will try to work with you to exchange your item. You must contact us via email within 14 days of arrival, you may be asked to provide photos of the damaged product.
